314 CLEMATIS
Originally commissioned by the Woolworth family as a department store in the early 20th century, 314 Clematis was purchased by Brand Atlantic in 2024 from the City of West Palm Beach. The building will house renowned food & beverage offerings as part of Brand Atlantic’s overall Clematis & Olive development in the Waterfront District.
The historic facade will be maintained while the building undergoes extensive renovations to accommodate modern tenancy. A new vaulted ceiling with wraparound clerestory windows provides restaurant-ready 2nd floor space and allows additional light to penetrate the 150’ deep floor plate. Partial roof demolition creates a private 2nd floor dining terrace which utilizes the historic façade as an architectural backdrop with open apertures to the street below. New glass storefronts, canopy, lighting, and signage pay homage to the building’s Art-Deco roots, celebrating it’s revival as one of the largest single-building frontages on Clematis Street.
