111 Olive is a thoughtful modernization of the historic Art-Moderne building originally designed for the Kroger family by acclaimed Architect, John Volk. Brand Atlantic oversaw a complete transformation of the three-story interior, which boasts 25’ column grids, 15’ ceiling heights, and original Dade Pine floors and ceilings.
